Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on our clothing items due to ordering the wrong size or any other reason other than a defect. All of our clothing are made to order and our supplier does not accept returns or refunds. However if your clothing item has a defect, please contact us (sales@normalguysupercar.com) and we will get you a new item as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 48-72 Hours to process and ship your in stock order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call or email to ensure there are no delays.
Products we stock in house will be shipped within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock. We drop ship some products while some products ship direct from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. Â
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Normal Guy LLC within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim and a refund.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
- IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US
- Keep the product with its original packaging and box
- We will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. Â

At NormalGuySupercar.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

- If after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a refund at our discretion within 30 days of your date of purchase if the product is returned in original condition with original packaging. This does not apply to any special order items such as exhausts, apparel, etc. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly. If the item returned has any damage or missing parts, we will not be able to issue a refund.
NormalGuySupercar.com and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
The shipping rates shown at time of checkout on our site are based on a guesstimate.  The rates do not take into account dimensions nor final destination.  If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
Special Order or Custom Manufactured Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. This includes most exhaust components.
NORMAL GUY LLC DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. Â
If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. Â We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
RESTOCKING & CANCELLATION FEES
Any items that are returned will incur a 25% restocking fee. Any item that is cancelled will incur a 15% fee due to our loss of time and other fees we may have incurred processing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS are approved at Normal Guy LLC’s discretion.
Because we are a small company and have very narrow margins on our products, we frequently would take a significant loss to process a return or cancellation. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return or cancellation for any reason. Because of that, all sales are final. We rely on many third party manufacturers so we cannot control quality, shipping times, and fitment. We are also subject to our third party manufacturers return and cancellation policies. We will work with you to attempt a return or cancellation if requested by you, but we cannot guarantee that you will be issued a return or cancellation.
