The joys of running a business. We were threatened with another bogus lawsuit. We previously sold a Ferrari at auction, and about 6 months after the sale, the buyer had some issues with the conversion. They reached out to resolve this with EAG but EAG was less than helpful. So they started saying that the warranty was our problem and we should be paying to fix the car. We disagreed, the car was sold "As Is" but they didn't seem to care about facts. So they started threatening us with nasty letters from a lawyer. Which we promptly ignored.
