2 Absolutely Frustrating Things Small Businesses Deal With

When you run a small business, especially one that has a reasonably large public presence such as ours, you get a LOT of emails and phone calls from people asking for help. We enjoy helping our customers when we can, but it's really frustrating when our help is taken advantage of. If someone asks for advice about a product, it would be gracious of them to at least buy the product from us instead of someone else. Further, we would appreciate it when people ask for help about specific cars, that they understand that if it's not a car in our inventory for our dealership, we are going to request they pay us for our consultation service. This protects our time as we do get a lot of people contacting us.
